What Our Maintenance Agreements Include

Our maintenance agreements include inspections, filters, belts, coil cleaning and reporting. The work and visit schedule are planned around the particular equipment and the customer's needs.

  • Inspections: check the condition and operation of the equipment covered by your agreement.

  • Filters and belts: included as part of the planned maintenance work for your equipment.

  • Coil cleaning: included in your maintenance agreement.

  • Reporting: receive information about the maintenance work and equipment findings.

Service Repairs Require Your Approval

If service repairs are needed, we quote them for your approval. Repairs are separate from the included maintenance work, so you can review the proposed work before authorizing it.

A Schedule Built Around Your Facility

Visit frequency is decided by the needs of the customer and the particular equipment. Tell us about your operating hours, equipment, service history and recurring issues so we can discuss a maintenance schedule suited to your building.

Start With a Maintenance Proposal

When you contact us, include your facility's city, the systems you want maintained, and any access requirements. An equipment list, equipment ages and recent service records are helpful if you have them. We can then discuss your maintenance needs, included work and visit frequency.

Request a maintenance proposal. For a current equipment problem, see our commercial HVAC repair and service. If aging equipment is due for replacement, see our commercial HVAC replacement services. For controls-related needs, explore our building automation services.

Why Plan Preventive Maintenance?

Regular inspections and maintenance help identify developing equipment problems and support reliable operation. A planned schedule also helps facility managers organize service around building use and make informed decisions about repairs.
